Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was founded by King Abdul-Aziz Bin Saud in 1932. It has Islam's two holiest sites: Mecca and Medina. The kingdom also has the world's largest oil reserves and is the largest exporter of crude oil.

My first visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was in 2005 when I was a member of a high-level Diplomatic and Trade Mission. Visiting the Kingdom always reminded me of the fantastic scenes from the classic movie, "Lawrence of Arabia".

The King Abd Al Azziz Conference Palace is the principal palace in Riyadh which is reserved for visiting foreign dignitaries (2005).

Jeddah is the largest city in the western province and the gateway to Islam's holy city of Mecca. It is a coastal city located along the Red Sea and the primary resort destination within the kingdom. It is also the most cosmopolitan and tolerant of all Saudi Arabian cities.

The King Fahd Causeway connects the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the island Kingdom of Bahrain. The causeway allows thousands of Saudis to drive from Al Khobar/Dammam to Bahrain for the weekend. It also allows foreign expatriates to live in Bahrain and commute daily to Saudi Arabia for work.

  1. travel agencies act as travel agents help in traveling from place to another place. Many people wanted to travel different countries for different purpose for a short period and long period so we need a travel agent to book all the services like accommodation, travel, tickets etc for booking and manging the travel to be successful travel and tourism services
